Event Details:
Please be aware that event details, including schedule, program, and activities, are subject to change. We appreciate your understanding in the event of unforeseen circumstances or adjustments to the program.

Photography and Videography:
By participating in the event, all participants consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and documentation purposes. These images or recordings may be used in church publications, social media, or other promotional materials. If you have concerns about your image being used, please contact david@realhopechurch.ca.

Children's Participation:
Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision and well-being of their children during the event. Childcare services are not provided as this is a full family event.

Health and Safety:
The church is committed to providing a safe environment for all attendees. Please adhere to any posted guidelines, follow instructions from event staff, and notify organizers of any concerns regarding health or safety.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:
If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform our event organizers in advance. While we will do our best to accommodate special needs, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled.

Cancellation or Postponement:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or inclement weather, the Christmas event may be subject to cancellation or postponement. We will do our best to contact you should there be any changes, but please check our official communication channels (website, social media) for updates in case of any changes.

Refunds:
Unfortunately, refunds will not be offered should any registrant be unable to attend as we need to spend on resources ahead of time. Refunds will only be offered should the event be cancelled or postponed.

Conduct and Respect:
We expect all participants to conduct themselves with respect and courtesy towards fellow attendees, volunteers, and staff. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event.

Disclaimer of Liability:
The church and its organizers are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss sustained by participants during the Christmas event.
